Toras Yisrael is a vibrant new program of the Diaspora Yeshiva for
English speaking post high school students. Youthful yet established,
our approach is to inspire you to grow intellectually, emotionally and
spiritually, and we help you achieve your goals in a warm, encouraging
environment.
All questions are welcomed and all ideas are discussed. You are
empowered to explore the entirety of Torah Judaism, from its roots to
its loftiest branches. The Rabbis and teachers are approachable,
experienced and have open minds.
We provide an extensive academic program, with small classes and
personalized attention from our experienced staff. You will be given
thorough exposure to many of the fundamental works on Jewish law,
philosophy, and psychology. You will get a perspective of their form
and function and be given the skills to study them independently and in
the original.

Along with engaging in-depth studies your year will include fantastic
experiences and sights no other program offers. We offer the most
extensive touring program of any Yeshiva in our class. Explore the
beautiful, fascinating Israeli countryside from the Golan Heights to
Eilat and from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean and beyond. You
will swim in natural pools under sparkling waterfalls and camp out by
the shimmering Kinneret. See the sunrise at Massada and feel the power
of prayer at the Kotel. You can participate in our extra-curricular and
recreational activities including music, outdoor sports, swimming,
weight training, and cycling.
Our well-maintained and secured campus is located on holy and historic
Mount Zion, site of the Tomb of King David. You will live less than ten
minutes from the Kotel (Western Wall), barely a hundred yards from the
walls of Jerusalem's Old City. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.
There is a frequent bus and taxi service from the campus to the heart
of Jerusalem.
